Sales Support Coordinator

KJN Automation Ltd, a leading supplier of Aluminium Profile and Accessories, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by processing and managing orders.
- Generate quotations and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Conduct research to identify potential new business opportunities and report to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in managing and producing performance reports to track sales performance.
- Support general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders and needs are met.
Requirements and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Sage 50 is an asset, but not essential.
