Sales Support Administrator

KJN Automation Ltd, a leading supplier of Aluminium Profile and Accessories, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by processing and managing orders.
  • Generate quotations and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Conduct research to identify potential new business opportunities and report to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in managing and producing performance reports to track sales performance.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders and needs are met.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Sage 50 is an asset, but not essential.
