Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Assist in maintaining and replenishing stock levels, including data input to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer orders and needs are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Assist in labelling and packaging of orders for dispatch.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and data entry.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
