Job Title: Programme Manager - Cycle Training

Cycle Together is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of our cycle training programmes and health and wellbeing workshops in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and manage the delivery of community-based cycling programmes
  • Support the CEO in creating new partnerships with potential customers
  • Work alongside the Head Coach to recruit Ride Leaders and Cycling Training Coaches
  • Perform quality assurance checks of new coaches/ride leaders
  • Develop and review cycle training programmes and learning tools
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Programme Coordination/Management
  • Experience of project management, including planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on performance
  • Compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
