Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively selling our luxury hotels to assigned territories and industry segments. You will work closely with our sales team to drive targeted business into our hotels and achieve individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park to assigned territories and industry segments.
  • Introduce new clients and maintain existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels.
  • Achieve individual goals from assigned territories and industry segments, and work with the sales team to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.
  • Awareness and understanding of competitive sets, and ability to effectively sell against them.
  • Work with the Area Director of Sales and Director of Sales on relevant projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Group Corporate market within the luxury sector.
  • Driven and creative individual with strong communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to work harmoniously within the immediate department and across the wider hotels.
  • Strong customer service ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to bring our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity to life.
