About the Role

**Business Process Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at Ventula Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business process improvement and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Lead Process Improvement Projects**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business outcomes.
  • **Analyze and Evaluate Processes**: Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues, and measuring process performance through data analysis.
  • **Design and Implement Process Changes**: Re-design end-to-end processes and define requirements to deliver the desired business outcome, and analyze costs and benefits of proposed changes.
  • **Engage Stakeholders**: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date and bought into the change process.
  • **Guide and Manage Teams**: Guide and manage the work of Business Process Analysts assigned to improvement reviews.
Requirements
  • **Qualifications**: Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • **Lean Six Sigma Green Belt**: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
  • **Project Delivery Methodologies**: Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).
Experience
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of effectively engaging to drive change.
  • **Business Experience**: Substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardisation and optimisation.
  • **Analytical and Conceptual Thinking**: Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
  • **Business Case Development**: Experience of deriving business case for change and effective tracking of benefits demonstrating value to the business.
  • **Workshop Facilitation**: Experience in leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary workshops.
