About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Ventula. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and operational excellence across our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Lead Process Improvement Projects:**
    • Develop and implement a structured approach to process improvement, working closely with business-wide stakeholders.
    • Define and agree project scope, deliverables, and timelines with relevant stakeholders.
    • Plan and manage project activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
    • Design and lead engaging cross-functional workshops to drive process improvement.
  • **Process Mapping and Analysis:**
    • Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and areas for improvement.
    • Measure process performance through data analysis and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • **Process Redesign and Implementation:**
    • Design and implement end-to-end process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless process changes.
  • **Stakeholder Management:**
    • Engage with stakeholders to ensure they are informed and aligned with process changes.
    • Work closely with the Change Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
  • **Reporting and Monitoring:**
    • Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
    • Monitor process performance and track benefits realization.
Requirements
  • **Qualifications and Skills:**
    • Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
    • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Prince, Agile & Scrum).
  • **Experience:**
    • Substantial practical business experience with a proven track record in delivering value through process standardization and optimization.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in driving change.
    • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    • Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
