We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements across the manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of new processes and standardization of existing ones to deliver gains in efficiency, capacity, and throughput.
- Develop and implement lean tools and methodologies to improve manufacturing operations.
- Liaise with senior leadership and teams to design, deliver, and review best-practice processes.
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and achieve target savings through the use of lean tools.
- Support teams in coaching and training lean tools and principles to build and embed a Right First Time / Lean culture.
- Determine and introduce training/development initiatives to further the site's capabilities.
- Develop and maintain new and existing relationships to share and develop best practice standards.
- Design and support implementation projects where process improvement is in scope.
- Create ownership and capability development programs.
- Recommend, develop, and introduce appropriate systems to embed and support the continued evolution of a CI culture within the company operations.
- Proven background in delivering quantifiable change within organizations through improving systems and processes utilizing lean tools.
- A background in manufacturing or industrial engineering or similar/formal lean training.
- Experience in capex justification and project delivery.
- Engaging style, passionate communicator.
- Robust analytical toolkit.
- Strong change agent.
