About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements across the manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the integration of new processes and standardization of existing ones to deliver gains in efficiency, capacity, and throughput.
  • Develop and implement lean tools and methodologies to improve manufacturing operations.
  • Liaise with senior leadership and teams to design, deliver, and review best-practice processes.
  • Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and achieve target savings through the use of lean tools.
  • Support teams in coaching and training lean tools and principles to build and embed a Right First Time / Lean culture.
  • Determine and introduce training/development initiatives to further the site's capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing relationships to share and develop best practice standards.
  • Design and support implementation projects where process improvement is in scope.
  • Create ownership and capability development programs.
  • Recommend, develop, and introduce appropriate systems to embed and support the continued evolution of a CI culture within the company operations.
Requirements
  • Proven background in delivering quantifiable change within organizations through improving systems and processes utilizing lean tools.
  • A background in manufacturing or industrial engineering or similar/formal lean training.
  • Experience in capex justification and project delivery.
  • Engaging style, passionate communicator.
  • Robust analytical toolkit.
  • Strong change agent.
