Job Description

As a key member of our team at Focus Management Consultants, we are seeking a skilled Senior Process Improvement Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, with a strong focus on people, process, and projects.

Key responsibilities will include coaching and training the team on CI principles, tools, and techniques, as well as leading all improvement projects to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

To excel in this position, the successful candidate will require strong analytical and influencing skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • CI leadership experience within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record as a project manager
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to confidently present ideas to senior management
