Job Description

Continuous Improvement Manager

The Sterling Choice is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Manager to support the Site General Manager in driving a culture of continuous improvement across our busy food manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will have a background in food manufacturing and a passion for making a difference. They will be responsible for collaborating with all departments to foster a true CI culture, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing plans for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a CI strategy aligned with the company's goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate CI projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustainability
  • Monitor and report on CI metrics, providing insights for future improvement

Requirements:

  • Background in food manufacturing, preferably in a CI or operational excellence role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for making a difference and driving continuous improvement
