We are seeking a highly motivated CI Manager to support our new Site General Manager in introducing a CI culture to our busy food manufacturing site.

The Operations Director, new in their post, understands the value of CI and has a passion for continuous improvement. They are looking for a dedicated CI professional to support them in the start of the CI journey.

The successful candidate will have a background in food manufacturing and a passion for making a difference. They will be responsible for collaborating with all departments to foster a true CI culture.

Key Responsibilities:
