About the Role

Arco is a leading UK safety expert, seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to spearhead our business improvement initiatives. This pivotal role will lead, direct, and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts, driving strategic objectives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the assignment of Business Analysts and Business Improvement Practitioners to Agile teams or projects, handling availability conflicts and sourcing extra capacity where required.
  • Develop strong relationships with Digital Executives, their direct reports, and the IT delivery team to hold them accountable for project delivery.
  • Support the Head of Delivery in strategic change planning activities and help assess initiatives, changes, and projects for portfolio inclusion.
  • Collaborate in developing standards and enhancing methodology to drive best practices.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrable experience in business analysis, excellent mentoring, development, and performance management skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in Agile environments.

You should also possess experience in defining business processes, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios to defined industry standards, and proficiency in using MS VISIO and JIRA.
