Process Improvement Manager

At Ventula, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and operational excellence across our company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a structured approach to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business-wide stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization.
- Design and lead engaging cross-functional workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues.
- Re-design end-to-end processes and define requirements to deliver desired business outcomes.
- Analyze costs and benefits of proposed changes to determine their overall impact on the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date and bought into the change process.
- Guide and manage the work of Business Process Analysts assigned to improvement reviews.
- Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of effectively engaging to drive change.
- Substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardization and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
- Experience of deriving business case for change and effective tracking of benefits demonstrating value to the business.
- Experience in leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary workshops.
