**Business Process Improvement Manager**

**Job Summary:**

Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across the business, simplifying and standardizing end-to-end processes, and enhancing productivity and value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a structured approach to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business-wide stakeholders to identify key pain points and issues, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and quantifying opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement new processes, defining requirements to deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Analyze costs and benefits of proposed changes to determine their overall impact on the organization.
  • Guide and manage the work of Business Process Analysts assigned to improvement reviews.
  • Design, implement, and monitor process performance goals and measures, supporting Business Process Owners to track benefits realization.
  • Work with other Business Process Specialists to ensure cross-functional process issues are understood collectively.
  • Support other business improvement projects by providing CI expertise and guidance when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).
  • Substantial practical business experience with a proven background in delivering value through process standardization and optimization.
  • Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
  • Experience of deriving business case for change and effective tracking of benefits demonstrating value to the business.
