Job Description

Business Process Manager

Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business process improvement and standardization across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a structured approach to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business-wide stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance productivity and drive value for customers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Process Improvement to plan and manage project activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues, and quantifying improvement opportunities to support business prioritization.
  • Design and implement process performance goals and measures, supporting business process owners to track benefits realization.
  • Guide and manage the work of business process analysts assigned to improvement reviews.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).
  • Substantial practical business experience with a proven background in delivering value through process standardization and optimization.
  • Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
  • Experience of deriving business case for change and effective tracking of benefits demonstrating value to the business.
