- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and third-party suppliers.

- Provide business process mapping, requirements gathering, and capture, as well as experience in writing user stories.
