About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Erin Associates. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the business through the implementation and management of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business in the implementation and management of change, working with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the Digital/IT team to gather and document business process requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Digital/IT team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide business process mapping, requirements gathering, and capture, as well as experience in writing user stories.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
