Job Overview

The Citation Group is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Impact division. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in informing and driving our campaign activity to maximize our reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound performance, recognizing and flagging key trends
  • Adapt approach across multiple market-leading brands, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Create, monitor, and maintain dialling strategies to support changing business needs
  • Effectively communicate potential risks around data volumes and quality
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and effective dialler and real-time MI, providing insight and not just information
  • Work closely with stakeholders to measure on-the-day performance against plan in both core outbound and blended environments
  • Create and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations and applying normalization methodologies to remove results bias
  • Develop selections and data flows for campaigns in the campaign management platform, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
  • Build easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to track and share trends

Requirements

  • An enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn more
  • Fault logging and bug fixing, liaising externally to ensure minimal downtime of key systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
  • Knowledge in building reports and dashboards
  • Willingness to travel
