About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Hope Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business impact related projects forward, working closely with clients to develop and implement effective sustainability and ESG strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sustainability and ESG projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, impact assessments, and action plans with and for clients, aligning with global frameworks and standards.
  • Oversee sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage client relationships, engage stakeholders, and lead teams to achieve project goals.
  • Design and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients, showcasing expertise and building trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, participating in working groups, forums, and events to enhance knowledge and network.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related consultancy roles, with a strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles.
  • Proven track record of implementing and measuring successful sustainability and ESG strategies across various sectors, including entertainment, live events, culture, or sport.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet client expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Membership of IEMA or similar professional bodies is valued.
