Job Overview

Hope Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward our business impact related projects, working with clients on their sustainability and ESG strategies, policies, and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sustainability and ESG projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, impact assessments, and action plans with and for clients, aligning with global frameworks and standards.
  • Oversee sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client relationships, engage stakeholders, and lead teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients, showcasing expertise and building trust.
  • Participate in industry forums, working groups, and events, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related consultancy roles, with a strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles.
  • Experience in sectors such as entertainment, live events, culture, or sport, with a proven track record of implementing successful sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet client expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with advanced Excel skills and experience with sustainability reporting tools.
  • Membership of professional bodies such as IEMA or similar, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
