Position Overview: As a Water Safety Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering accredited legionella risk assessment services to a wide array of sectors, including healthcare, public services, educational institutions, residential organizations, leisure facilities, and charitable entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough on-site risk evaluations, develop site schematics, and ensure the effective execution of project mobilization and documentation.
  • Utilize your expertise in water systems and understanding of applicable regulations to enhance the success of client projects and foster organizational growth.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, site visits, and necessary equipment, while maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager.
  • Perform comprehensive health and safety risk assessments for on-site activities, adhering to our Quality Management System (QMS) and Approved Methods of Work.
  • Execute Legionella Risk Assessments in compliance with accredited standards, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
  • Achieve project goals within set timelines and budgetary limits.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements within project workflows.
  • Present completed projects to clients, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Participate in relevant training sessions to further develop your knowledge and skills.
  • Support the ongoing professional development of team members by offering guidance and training.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to the Project Consultant, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, particularly in complex water systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of water systems, including design and operational principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with strong overall IT capabilities.
