Job Title: Lead Sustainability Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sustainability and ESG Specialist to join our team at Hope Solutions. The ideal candidate will drive forward our business impact related projects, working with clients on their sustainability and ESG strategies, policies, and implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sustainability and ESG projects from start to finish.
- Develop sustainability strategies, impact assessments, and action plans with and for clients.
- Oversee sustainability reporting and ensure alignment with appropriate global frameworks and standards.
- Create and deliver presentations and workshops for clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related consultancy roles, such as ESG or CSR.
- A strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; advanced Excel skills would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet client expectations.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of global and local environmental legislation and mandatory reporting requirements.
- Drive business development and identify new opportunities.
