Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Hope Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business impact related projects, working with clients on their sustainability and ESG strategies, policies, and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, impact assessments, and action plans with and for clients.
  • Oversee sustainability reporting and ensure alignment with appropriate global frameworks and standards.
  • Manage client relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead teams and manage stakeholder groups.
  • Create and deliver presentations and workshops for clients.
  • Participate in industry events and forums.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related consultancy roles, such as ESG or CSR.
  • A strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles (e.g. ISO standards, CSRD, SECR, SBTi, GHG Protocol).
  • Experience in sectors such as entertainment, live events, culture, or sport.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet client expectations.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of global and local environmental legislation and mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with social value frameworks (e.g. UK National TOMs, B Corp).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
