Business Analyst

WJ Group Infrastructure is a leading road marking and highways safety business. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our team in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business operations.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and document current and future state workflows.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with IT and operational leadership teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis, combining multiple sources and systems to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, IFS Business reporter), and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and business processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities.
