Northside Farm is in search of an experienced General Manager to lead the operations and expansion of our renowned wedding and events venue, which includes on-site accommodations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and hands-on operational leadership within the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance and formulate a strategic plan aimed at enhancing growth and profitability.
  • Establish and execute operational systems and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget effectively.

  • Enhance and maintain the brand reputation of Northside Farm.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy.
  • Proactively manage the website, social media platforms, and all marketing materials.

  • Develop innovative packages and secure new business opportunities beyond weddings, including corporate events and retreats.
