Exciting Opportunity: Hotel Operations Manager at De Vere
We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our large hotel estate. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple departments, including Food & Beverage, Events, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring high standards of service delivery, recruitment, and payroll management. You will work closely with our General Manager to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large hotel or events venue
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards and providing exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
