Hotel Operations Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at De Vere Horsley Estate in Surrey.
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, overseeing food, beverage, conference, and events operations. You will also be responsible for supporting colleagues in housekeeping and reception.
About You:
- You have experience in a large hotel or events venue, overseeing food, beverage, conference, and events operations.
- You have a positive approach and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
- You have a service-oriented approach and a passion for high standards, with experience of coaching, developing, and training team members.
- You are organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a 20% performance-related bonus scheme. You will also receive BUPA private medical insurance, an enhanced company pension scheme, and free meals.
