Hotel Operations Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at De Vere Horsley Estate in Surrey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our large hotel estate with 175 bedrooms and 51 event spaces.
About You:
- You have experience in a large hotel or events venue overseeing food, beverage, conference, and events. Ideally, you have also previously supported colleagues in housekeeping and reception.
- You will have a positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
- You have a service-oriented approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing, and training team members.
- You will be organised, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum plus a 20% performance-related bonus scheme. Other benefits include BUPA Private Medical Insurance, an Enhanced Company Pension Scheme, free meals, 33 days holiday per year, and more.
