Job Summary:

Cera Care is seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of care services to clients, ensuring that care workers are matched to clients based on their needs.
  • Conduct care assessments and reviews to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.
  • Motivate and support care staff to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and care staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3, and registration with the SSSC.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a care coordinator for a domiciliary care agency.
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
