We are looking for skilled Theatre Care Specialists to enhance our theatre department, providing exceptional care to patients across various specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Trauma, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, and Obstetrics. You will be involved in all facets of theatre operations, including Anaesthetics, Scrub/Circulating, and Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a theatre setting.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate ongoing professional development and effective communication skills.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the service, including a flexible shift pattern to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the specialties mentioned above. Proficiency in IT systems is advantageous.
