Join Our Team as a Guest Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton Stansted Airport. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Guest Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm and friendly service
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Providing information and recommendations on local attractions and services
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our hotel and its facilities
