HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at Wade Macdonald. As a key player in the aviation industry, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all employee processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and exits, ensuring compliance with GDPR, security clearance standards, and legal requirements.
  • Provide a dynamic HR back-office function, managing employee-related data and producing insightful reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead recruitment activities, manage the Applicant Tracking System, and oversee monthly payroll submissions.
  • Innovate HR process improvements and spearhead annual audits, advising the business on all things HR and managing diverse HR-related projects.
  • Oversee the annual salary review process and maintain accurate HR records.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified with a solid grasp of UK employment law.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management.
