Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at PageGroup. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the effective delivery of our HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact for all HR-related queries and escalate ER cases as necessary
  • Administer the employee lifecycle, including hires, promotions, transfers, leavers, and maternity leave
  • Coordinate employment checks for all new starters and generate offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related documentation
  • Organize HR inductions and liaise with the IT team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Collate and input all payroll data to a strict deadline and support the probation process
  • Support the annual performance cycle and respond to telephone and written enquiries
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both manual and computerized, and ensure HR systems are up-to-date
Requirements
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality customer service
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize and deliver to strict deadlines
  • A focus on continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge and contribute to change
  • CIPD level 3 desirable, but not essential
  • Previous experience within a similar role and working with HR systems
