Cluster Sales Manager - Focused on Proactive Sales

We are seeking a dedicated Cluster Sales Manager to oversee a collection of three boutique 4-star hotels in Central London, emphasizing a proactive sales approach. The compensation package includes a competitive salary of up to £40,000 annually, complemented by a 20% KPI bonus structure and a range of company benefits.

As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in promoting the services of each hotel within the existing portfolio while actively pursuing new corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in hotel sales and business development, alongside strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication abilities, and a drive for success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate and leisure hotel sales within the London market.
  • Highly polished, self-motivated, engaging, and brimming with personality and charisma.
  • Willingness to engage in daily operations with a hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster key internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient in negotiation and creative selling techniques to secure business and finalize contracts.
  • Collaborates effectively with off-property sales channels to ensure cohesive sales strategies.
  • Responds swiftly and innovatively to incoming business inquiries.
  • Proactively identifies, qualifies, and solicits new business opportunities to meet personal and hotel revenue objectives.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and knows how to position against them.
