Compensation Expert - £350+ p/d (Outside IR35) - 3 to 6 Months - Remote Opportunity


Annapurna HR is seeking a seasoned compensation expert to join a growing organisation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, implementing, and analysing compensation programmes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining compensation structures, including job families, levels, and pay scales, as well as preparing for end-of-year cycles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain compensation structures, including job families, levels, and pay scales.
  • Analyse compensation practices, including salary, bonus, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on compensation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation-related projects and reporting.


Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of UK compensation regulations, job architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management software.
