Brand Manager Role

We're seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our Customer Marketing function. As a Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing shopper activation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement shopper activation strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of shopper activation campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, merchandising, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective shopper activation initiatives
  • Conduct market and shopper insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets for shopper activation programs and track performance using key metrics and data
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality execution of activation initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of shopper behaviour, retail environments, and marketing principles
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful shopper activation campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
