Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of our respiratory product brands, Amsorb Plus, AquaVENT, and NeoFlow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build strong clinical brands for our acute care and neonatal product ranges.
  • Work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to execute agreed marketing plans within our key markets.
  • Support our exhibition schedule by ensuring our team has everything they need to shine at events.
  • Enhance our social media presence by creating engaging and accurate posts, paired with eye-catching images.
  • Analyze the return on investment for our marketing activities and provide insightful reports and feedback.
  • Prepare training for our sales teams and business partners on positioning and messaging in each target market.
  • Maintain our marketing materials in top shape and make them readily available for our sales team and distribution partners.
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of marketing budgets.
  • Keep the wider team up to speed with analysis of the market, our customers, and competitors.
  • Design and execute fun and effective customer engagement activities.
  • Support the successful organization, running, and follow-up of conferences, meetings, and consumer experience days.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in marketing or business.
  • Excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undertake some international travel.
  • Access to transport.

  • Experience of international marketing.

  • 2nd language ability.
