Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us build strong clinical brands for our acute care and neonatal product ranges. You will work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to implement agreed marketing strategies within our key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build strong clinical brands for our acute care and neonatal product ranges.
  • Work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to implement agreed marketing strategies within our key markets.
  • Support our busy exhibition schedule by ensuring our team has everything they need to shine at events.
  • Boost our social media presence by creating engaging and accurate posts, paired with eye-catching images.
  • Assess the return on investment for our marketing activities and provide insightful reports and feedback.
  • Prepare training for our sales teams and business partners on positioning and messaging in each target market.
  • Keep our marketing materials in top shape and readily available for our sales team and distribution partners.
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of marketing budgets.
  • Keep the wider team up to speed with analysis of the market, our customers, and competitors.
  • Help design and execute fun and effective customer engagement activities.
  • Support the successful organization, running, and follow-up of conferences, meetings, and consumer experience days.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level in marketing or business.
  • Excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undertake some international travel.
  • Access to transport.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of using social media professionally.
  • Experience of organizing exhibitions or events.
  • Experience of international marketing.
  • Experience of managing a project with a range of stakeholders.
  • 2nd language ability.
