About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Events Executive to join our team at Riada Resourcing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our company website, handling online orders, promoting services, and enhancing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Ensure our website is up-to-date, engaging, and reflects our brand values.
  • Online Orders: Handle online orders efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
  • Promotions: Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that showcase our services and build relationships with clients.
  • Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content to enhance our social media presence and build our online community.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the marketing and events industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using website management tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
