About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us build strong clinical brands for our acute care and neonatal product ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help us develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Support our busy exhibition schedule and ensure our team has everything they need to shine at events.
  • Boost our social media presence with engaging and accurate posts, paired with eye-catching images.
  • Assess the return on investment for our marketing activities and provide insightful reports and feedback.
  • Help prepare training for our sales teams and business partners on positioning and messaging in each target market.
  • Keep our marketing materials in top shape and readily available for our sales team and distribution partners.
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of marketing budgets.
  • Keep the wider team up to speed with analysis of the market, our customers, and competitors.
  • Help design and execute fun and effective customer engagement activities.
  • Support the successful organization, running, and follow-up of conferences, meetings, and consumer experience days.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education to degree level in marketing or business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undertake some international travel.
  • Access to transport.
