We are seeking a dedicated Events Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team on a permanent basis. Your role will be crucial in consistently delivering outstanding experiences and five-star service to our guests and colleagues. As an Events Sales Executive , your primary responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring all inquiries and pricing align with monthly revenue targets, in consultation with the Events Revenue Manager.

· Managing client inquiries to provide accurate quotes and proposals.

· Participating in relevant meetings, conducting client tours, and assisting with social events, trade shows, and special occasions on behalf of the Royal Lancaster London.

· Introducing service innovations during monthly meetings to enhance client relations and boost revenue.

· Ensuring timely communication of client confirmations and handover documentation to the Events department for contracting, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

· Adhering strictly to departmental service standards.
