Digital Events Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Events Specialist to join our dynamic Events team. This role will play a crucial part in the execution of Brookfield's virtual and hybrid events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional investor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Virtual Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of Brookfield's virtual events, including AGMs, fund launches, webinars, and streaming components of hybrid events. This includes managing virtual event platforms, coordinating technical aspects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of live and on-demand content.
  • Digital User Experience: Create and oversee a compelling digital experience for investors attending Brookfield's virtual events. This involves managing invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations, distribution, and follow-up using tools like Cvent, virtual event platforms, and video conferencing software.
  • Production Logistics: Manage production logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including venue research, filming arrangements, virtual platform setup, live broadcasts, and replay management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics and feedback to measure the success of digital events and identify areas for improvement. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop compelling event themes, content, and digital collateral (emails, websites). Cultivate relationships with external vendors and partners, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual event management.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in event planning and execution, with a strong focus on digital events.
  • Expert knowledge of Cvent and comparable event management platforms.
  • Expertise in virtual platforms (Webex, GlobalMeet, Zoom).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within an organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for planning and executing successful events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and self-motivation.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
