We are currently seeking a dedicated Events Sales Executive to become a part of our Sales & Marketing team on a permanent basis. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences and five-star service to our guests and colleagues. We believe in fostering a positive atmosphere where every team member contributes to a vibrant and diverse community, focusing on career development.

As an Events Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all inquiries and pricing align with monthly yield parameters, in consultation with the Events Revenue Manager.

- Managing client inquiries and providing relevant quotes and proposals.

- Participating in meetings, conducting client tours, and assisting with social events, trade shows, and special occasions on behalf of the Royal Lancaster London.

- Introducing service innovations during monthly meetings to enhance client relations and boost revenue.

- Ensuring timely communication of client confirmations and handover documents to the Events department for contracting, with a focus on detail.

- Adhering strictly to departmental service standards.
