We are currently looking for a passionate Events Executive, to join our Banqueting Office Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Events Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To assist clients in the organisation of details relating to their functions, giving logistical and operational advice

To conduct Hotel and Banqueting show rounds whenever necessary to help sell the hotel for future events

To continually check by personally inspecting that standards relating to room set ups and details relating to the days' functions are adhered to

Be present on the day of the event in order to introduce your own clients to the operations team and ensure a smooth and detailed hand over. To stay and supervise service for all own social events till it is appropriate to leave and be available during larger corporate events

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
