Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our car sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management and leadership, overseeing sales operations, and motivating the team to achieve set goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability
  2. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  3. Supervise daily buying and selling activities and provide guidance as needed
  4. Handle product to enhance sales performance
  5. Implement effective sales management techniques to drive revenue growth
  6. Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations
  7. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all customer interactions
  8. Compile and analyze sales figures
  9. Stay up-to-date with buying products and competitors

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in car sales management
  2. Bilingual proficiency is advantageous (Urdu and Punjabi)
  3. Background in car retail management is preferred
  4. Demonstrated ability in supervising and leading teams
  5. Excellent car buying and selling management skills
  6. Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales operations
  7. Exceptional phone etiquette skills
  8. Effective time management abilities
  9. Demonstrated success in team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
