We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our car sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management and leadership, overseeing sales operations, and motivating the team to achieve set goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives
- Supervise daily buying and selling activities and provide guidance as needed
- Handle product to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement effective sales management techniques to maximise profitability and customer loyalty
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all customer interactions (pre and post sales)
- Compile and analyse sales figures to inform business decisions
- Stay up to date with buying products and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Proven experience in car sales management, with a strong track record of success
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous (Urdu and Punjabi)
- Background in car retail management is preferred, with experience in supervising and leading teams
- Demonstrated ability in supervising and leading teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent car buying and selling management skills, with a strong understanding of the car sales process
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales operations, including data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Effective time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Demonstrated success in team management, with a focus on building a high-performing team
