Job Title: Automotive Field Sales Manager

Magna Foodservice Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Field Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and manage customer relationships across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse potential clients' menus to tailor product offerings effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's goals and client needs.
  • Manage and expand customer relationships, including QSRs, cafes, and retail outlets.
  • Train and oversee a sales team, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Proven skills in analysing and strategizing based on data.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor a sales team.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience:

Minimum of five years' experience in sales and management in the Food industry.

Degree in business or a related field is desired.

Additional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically NetSuite Oracle.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
