Asset Management Coordinator

**Job Title:** Asset Management Coordinator
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at Two Saints. As an Asset Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our small technical services department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective repairs support services and contribute to the efficient running of the technical services department.
- Ensure Two Saints delivers an excellent, customer-focused asset management service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our asset management software and provide support to service-based staff in logging and managing works orders.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on landlord health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with service-based staff and contractors to ensure remedial works are carried out, evidenced, and recorded.
- Ensure data integrity of our asset management database.
- Provide a first point of contact for our term contractor to assist with day-to-day management of works orders.
- Coordinate the calendars of our strategic asset manager and asset surveyors to ensure post-inspection, landlord health and safety, and operational targets are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to our technical services department, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar coordinator role.
- Experience in a customer-focused service.
- Ability to scrutinize data and possess a good eye for detail.
- A good understanding and use of IT.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks to deadlines.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numeric and literacy skills.
- Ability to plan and manage own workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible attitude to tasks.
