Job Overview
Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated individual with outstanding organizational, communication, and secretarial skills to enhance our administrative team. This position requires the successful candidate to work from our office, contributing to a full-time role with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be an integral part of the administrative team, providing comprehensive support to both clinicians and management. You will collaborate within a diverse team, facilitating the delivery of clinical services in the Adult Neurodevelopmental project. As a Band 3 Administrative Support member, you will not only assist clinicians and managers but also oversee the daily tasks of Band 2 Administrative Support colleagues.
Your role will involve standardizing administrative support across the Trust, aiming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to clinical teams. We are looking for proactive individuals who embrace change, support service enhancements, and can foster effective working relationships while being approachable and adaptable.

Job Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage sensitive inquiries with confidentiality and empathy.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, ensuring high accuracy in data entry.
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and professional gatherings to take accurate minutes.
- Effectively multitask and prioritize workloads, working independently and collaboratively.
- Possess experience in a healthcare environment, which is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced office or customer service setting.
Knowledge & Skills
Essential:
- Exceptional written communication and customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Advanced IT skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competence in audio typing and digital dictation.
- Familiarity with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of office procedures and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Good General Education (e.g., GCSE English and Maths A-C).
- QCF Business Administration Level 2.
- QCF Customer Service Level 2.
