About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Proposition Manager to join our Marketing team at Avanti West Coast. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative customer and commercial propositions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to utilize customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive future growth for the company.
  • Develop and implement customer proposition strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to bring customer propositions to life and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify business needs and generate innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of customer proposition strategy and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
