About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Future Propositions team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing innovative propositions to drive market share and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and develop commercial strategies for new propositions, including customer insights and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with Proposition Managers and Finance Managers to scope and prioritize proposition initiatives.
  • Own the business case development and senior stakeholder signoff process.
  • Proactively share best practices and insights from the market to drive future proposition development.
  • Ensure alignment with budget and forecasts, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Commercial business case experience, either first-hand or in support of finance colleagues.
  • Experience evaluating market performance and tracking competitor developments.
  • Proven track record in consumer commercial/proposition or product development.
  • P&L management, forecasting, and delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
