Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our commercial property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our property claims and legal services business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development of our property claims and legal proposition to drive sustainable profitable growth.
  • Innovate and enhance our property proposition to align with market needs and deliver organic growth through new and existing product development.
  • Work with market and client management teams to ensure the effective positioning of our property proposition with clear and distinct messaging.
  • Drive growth within the property segment through collaboration with business development, market and client teams.
  • Develop new and innovative property claims solutions that expand our property offering and improve client satisfaction and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor and address pricing levels across the property segment to ensure viability of service delivery.
  • Lead the development of RFP responses for property client retention and growth pursuits.
  • Lead and manage a team of client directors responsible for property claims clients.

Requirements:

  • Deep property insurance claims industry expertise.
  • Specialising in professional services and technology firms, working in partnerships with leading insurance companies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
